If I go their before level 45 will Ievel up to 45 or no?

You won't automatically level up if you are using a previous character no.
If you just play through the expansion with a new character you will start at level 45.
If you just play through the expansion with a new character you will start at level 45.
You have 20 save slots use them all. Save after every quest, save before going into a dungeon, save, save save!!
