Civil striker quest
Posted: Mon Sep 17, 2018 2:24 pmI have completed the expansion but I am very curious about civil striker, he has a dialog option for his quest only if I have his gem in my possession and then of course refuses, is there actually a quest he gives out under conditions or is this a bug or just something silly?
