How to transfer from apple to android?

Hi can someone give me step by step instructions on how to transfer apple saved games to android saved games I know you do that on a computer but that’s all I know and could use help. I am a slow learner so if I need to do anything prior like download something on to the computer first to do the transfer please give me instructions on how to do that first and then the rest of the process.
