Kyanan please use PMs (private messages) for this function, no need to always create new topics for these questions. You can access the users more directly with PMs.

To send a message go to the "board index" (the one that doesn't show the forum sections) and click "0 new messages". At the top right there should be a button that says "Compose message" click it. Tell it who you want it to go to (make sure to do their name perfectly) and then right your message and click "send".

I think you can only do that from the non-mobile version.
