Linking the all dlc and main game on pc

I would like to know if I bought all the Zarista Games dlc,the main game and the fire and ice expansion on pc If I could use them with the same save file and sail to them from the port like on the ios version.

I just dont know if you can because you buy them with emails and so on so I want to make sure I know what I am doing.

Yes, you can.

There are differences between the PC and iOS versions in content (both in the main game and in Zarista's expansions), so you can't use a PC save on iOS or vice versa, but otherwise they work the same.
