Ice and fire not installing

I need help enabling ice and fire. I have installed it previously, about a year ago. And had no problems, had to get rid of iOS and now am coming back. I have successfully installed every other expansion but for ice and fire when I try to install it says " The Quest version 2.0 or later must be installed, would you like to go to the App Store to purchase?" But I have the quest gold updated to the newest version. Ice and fire v15.3
I've tried uninstalling all the expansions and downloading one at a time starting with ice and fire but nothing
please help! That's my favorite expansion! Lol.
