Volume maxed both in game settings and on ipad4. Crickets.. hope you can help. Kind of unplayable this way

Unfortunately I have no idea what could be the problem. No one else reported this.

Can you tell me iOS version do your run? Also, you could try restarting your ipad (completely turning it off and on). And maybe trying both with an earphone and without. Perhaps these can help.

its actually a device problem. not a problem with the quest. but i dont remember how to fix it. but i have the same problem on my mom's ipad.
