No Sound or Music in TheQuest on IOS

Just purchased the new version of The Quest on iOS. It looks great but there is no sound or music? I’ve reinstalled it but no luck. Any ideas? Running IOS 11 on iPhone 6splus. Thanks so much

First, please make sure silent mode or "do not disturb" is not activated. You could also check the sound volume of both iOS for the app and in game the "Settings/Audio" menu. (Restarting your phone might also help.)
