Where is the sacred fish?

I thought I had found it but it swam away. Now I can't find it again.

You need the chest the Water Guardian gives you and a Pearl of Wisdom. The Sacred Fish can be found hiding in a patch of dark grass near the water in the southeast of Dyffey Bay. There's a skinny tree and a patch of stones to the left of the grass as you face north.
