Side quests that are unavailable after solving main m

Hello I'm pretty far Into the main mission and wanted to know if any side quests become unavailable after finishing the main mission of this expansion? I was unable to do some quests in the main game because I finished the main mission and I don't want that to happen again. Thanks!

There is one where you have to bust this guy out of jail that you can't do after the main quest but I think that's the only one.

No, you can. The guards will grab you with high crime.

No I talked too Sylon about this. After you have the governors pass, you can't be put in prison.

I meant HIGH crime level - 55 is enough. Hit a guard a few times and get caught

When do you get the governers pass in ice and fire? I didn't get it after doing the main mission.

It's Governor Hume's order not to put the Liberator of Freymore in jail for a few "minor" crimes
You shouldn't worry much about missing something out. If you yearn to know all about the game, replay it a few times. It's huge, you know

I know I just am not a fan of starting over. My goal is to take my first character through ever expansion doing every quest possible. I've spent a ton of time trying to do everything in the first expansion. Finally have gotten to ice and fire.
