Where do I get water from to heal can't find it?

You can get one from any water fountain for free (only one per day per fountain). You can also buy them at the inns. As is the case with any shop, the selection is random, so you might not get any on a given day, but usually there are a few pouches available.

The fountains I have been to are full of kava?

In the base game there are quite a few in the villages/cities. Just go back and stock up. Or buy water at the inns.

Although I have the suspicion that you've only bought the expansion. In that case I recommend you buy the main game and start a new character there (after you've enabled the expansion, so you can go there after you've completed the main game). Your experience will be smoother then.

Yes you are right ,,, there is not many .. even on Thule that have water fountains. when i need water, i just recall back to the base game run around Vastares as i remember there is about 3 there and then teleport back to ice and fire. but as Elendil said best you stock up, which i did i think i have like 30+

Its best you play the MAIN game first, build your character and then take him/her to the expansion. You will feel a greater sense of accomplishment this way
