Can‘t find Galiena

I want to solve the ‚Stolen jewlery‘ Quest, but i can‘t find her.
I spoke to Hildemar but Galienas room und bedroom are locked.
Did i miss something or did i trigger a bad thing, so her room is locked forever?

After the Quest from Dolf, she is in her room,
or i missed her before all the time.

she's only available at night in that bedroom
