Help!!! One stubborn quest!

Okay, well the quest "Break into Gurutz's house" I can't seem to finish. I have not the slightest idea where his house may be in Thule Village and it keeps bothering me. Anyone, please help!

The one just north of the center- north of the square building with the blacksmith or armor shop. You need to go to the back window at night and may need higher stealth.

I had a problem with this one too. After I gave all the oil back to Gurutz, the quest description would never go from my ACTIVE section to my SOLVED section. Is this a bug?
