Find the jewelry shop thief and the undertaker's missing

I know that the daughter of the governor stole the jewels by it won't let me tell that to the jeweler, also I has absolutely no idea what to do about the undertaker's missing jewelry

Are you sure you have all three stoled items?
Or if you mean you can't tell about this to the daughter, you have to have high Persuade skill to force her to confess.

As for the undertaker's quest, first you have to solve some other quests (like the Cure Hildemar one), so until that don't bother yourself with this. : )

The girl only gave me a necklace but she did confess, however I cannot tell the jeweler that the mayor's daughter stole them

If you have enough Mercantile skill and your Outfit is good enough you are able to do a little business with the jeweler even with that one necklace, but if you want to get all missing jewelry and finish the quest, you have to solve another quest connected to her: the Cure Hildemar quest. This one you can get from her mother, look around in the castle.
