I’m doing the quest where you have to unfoul the well and bury sacks of bones. I’ve figured out where you bury the girl’s bones, at Loch Fuar, but I’ve no idea where to bury Connor’s bones. Also, where exactly is the Harpist’s voice?

For the Harpist's Voice, find some yellow grass in the Boiling Loch. You bury Connor's bones in the same area as Moira's but you need his skull too and a tombstone.

Thank you!!! Also, one more question that makes me look half witted... how do you get to Cloud Castle? I’m trying to complete all the quests.

You get there from Devil's Hindquarters.

I wouldn't say you're half-witted at all. You ask the questions when you need to. That's very full witted. : )
