How to get past the statue of Thor

No matter what I have in my inventory or if I touch or strike the statue of Thor it just says it's the statue of Thor.
How do I get past it?
I have:
sweet revenge
roar of Thor
St Aidan's Cross
Oracle key
What am I missing?

You need the quest Lord Stonely's Revenge. Do you have it? If not, go back and talk to Lord Stonely in his castle.

Thanks. I could have sworn I had that. Apparently not. Although I did talk to him once.

I just checked. I killed Ragnar and brought the skull and her necklace to Lord Stonely. However, I let Freda go and lied to Lord Stonely. Could that be the problem?

If you killed Ragnar, you got the Hammer of Thor because you need that to kill him. All that Statue does is give you the hammer. You might already have got it or bought it from Phredd but now since you completed Lord Stonely's revenge quest, he won't give it to you because you don't need it.
