I entered the 4 and 2 levers. Got in. Killed everything. Did not get a drop "faerie shaft" door to faerie queen still closed. I walk around, trying to see if i didnt pick up the shaft from the ground. Turn around and suddenly the faerie queen is beside me. I cannot kill her obviously. I wonder if one of her minions that were in her room had the shaft. After a bit of maneuvering i finally manage to make my way to that door after the hitchhiker 42 door which is where i believe the queen should have come from. The door is shut... And there is no way to open it. Tapping the door does nothing. No idea how the queen got out either. So now im stuck
