I found the star light in Chevron mountains, and was carrying Mothers Prayer at the time.

A message popped up when I stepped on it, but I dismissed it by accident.

Im supposed to get some sort of blessing but I cant see anything, and when I go back to Sorceress Goa she just tells me to find the star light.

What did I do wrong?

Turns out the blessing she wants is in the form of the Star Light sword.

Its not marked as a Quest item, so I had dropped it (luckily in permanent storage, rather than just in the corner of some dungeon)

Any idea if that sword can be bought at any of the armor shop?

Hawk Forgesun sells it but you'll have to camp out. It's appearance rate is one out of ten.
