Speak to the Spirit of the Well there--at the well if you have the quest Thor's Hammer, For Old Shaman, Stonely Castle, Stone Snout, find Thor's hammer known as the Roar of Thor. Speak to Thor's Priestess in the Temple of the Two Ravens, Stone Crags.

Posted: Sun Aug 16, 2020 4:32 pmHi. I got to Jotenheim, got to the oracle & the statue of Thor and no hammer or guidance. What’s next? Been all through Jotenheim, ice caves, etc.

For Lord Stonely, Stonely Castle, Stone Snout, find Ragnar the Berserker and his daughter Freda and if her honor has been compromised, kill her. Bring him Ragnar the Berserker's skull and either her or her amulet.
You need that quest because Thor's Hammer is the only thing that will kill Ragnar.
