I think you mean the quest For DeMenchev, St. Hilda's Abbey, find the Cureall statue and tap it with Thor's Hammer to reveal the cure for the Shambling Disease.

First you need to get Thor's Hammer. To do that you need to have the quest Lord Stonely's Revenge, For Lord Stonely, Stonely Castle, Stone Snout, find Ragnar the Berserker and his daughter Freda and if her honor has been compromised, kill her. Bring him Ragnar the Berserker's skull and either her or her amulet.

To get Thor's Hammer, you have to travel to Jotunheim. See this post for more help on that:

Let me know if you've gotten this far or not.

Once you have the hammer, you have to find the Cureall Statue. Here is where it is:

Thanks, I went through all the quest I don't understand how to get through the copper horn cave.

Do you mean you can't go past the pillar? If so, there is a secret switch in the far northwest across a small gap. Throw a throwing weapon like a dagger at it to remove the pillar.

If your problem is a different one, please try to put up a picture if you can.
