How do I get the amulet of protection.

Sheets gives it to you but you can also buy it from Phredd.

Sheets is in the library of Caerworn Castle. Phredd is in the Ghostworld in Caerworn Castle.

Where is the ghost world?
I’m lost do I have to complete a quest
To get there or the library the spitter
Said something about chocolate cake.
I’m lost there to.

The guardian at the library door won't let you in to see Sheets until you have the chocolate cake Sheets likes (and Persuasion of at least 90). To get the cake, talk to Taffy the Cook. For her to talk to you about cake, you need the quest from Old Shaman, 'For Old Shaman, give the ghost of Lord John Sheets, Caerworn Castle, a token of friendship, a sack of rare pink chocolates.'

You get to the Ghostworld from a mirror in the Cellar, stairs down are by the cook.

Sorry for asking help a lot being disabled does
not help. Anyway I can’t find lord sheets
also in the ghost world still can’t find phredd
There is a hole down there that I can’t get past
And i see a staircase after the hole so still lost.
I finished the ghost’s in the mirror quest’s plus
finished the quest for the kid inside the castle.
I forgot the quest name.

I forgot a couple of things. The old shaman
said to find lord sheets but I thought you can’t get to him until you give the cook the cake but you can’t get cake until I complete the quest from the old shaman
so very confused.

You don't need to complete Old Shaman's quest to get the cook to talk to you about Sheets. You just have to have it plus a high enough level of persuade.

What is your level of the Persuasion skill?

There is a way to get to Phredd.

My level is 120 plus I have the quest
And the cook talks about rabbit stew nothing else
So very confused

To get the cook to talk to you about the cake, you need to have the Pink Chocolates Old Shaman gave you to give Sheets in your inventory. If you got the quest, you should have that or maybe you stashed it somewhere. If you don't have them, Pennywise the Taverner in Alderley Village sells them but they have a chance of 1 in 10 of appearing in her inventory so you'll have to camp out until they appear.

To reach Phredd in ghostworld: You can't get past the pillars. You need to take another entrance that will get you to the other side of those pillars. Go up the western stairs. There will be a hole. You'll find the switch to close that hole if you go up the eastern stairs. Once you've closed the hole, continue up the stairs to find Phredd on your left.

I don't mind your questions at all. Caerworn Castle is a bit hard.

Ok I got the amulet. Now I trying to find the
Spoon how do you get it. I look in the room the
cook told me still can’t find it.
