I am trying to reach the storage shelf at the end of this room. I suspect there must be a correct order in which to activate the genies?

So far, I’ve just been able to teleport around the room never ending up in front of the storage shelf.

Am I looking at this in wrong way? Should I do something before activating the geniea?
