ShamblingIs there anyway to get cured of shambling disease? I have been searching all over but can't find a healer. I know there is a quest to get cure but I haven't found Thor's hammer yet...... it's reallly killing my melee I need to be cured lol
Any assistance would be great!
Re: Shambling
Others may say otherwise, but you have to solve the Cureall quest before you can cure it. And for that (as well as other major quests...) you will indeed need Thor's hammer. I basically played 50% of the game with Shambling.
Re: ShamblingOk gotcha, silly question. How I go about getting myself that fancy hammer that this here game be named after ?
Re: Shambling
Have you reached the location where you're told that you will receive it if you do something? (trying not to spoil too much in case you haven't)
Re: ShamblingI have not, I will have to log in and check. Game runs and looks amazing on tablet by the way love it
Re: Shambling
It's part of the main quest so you will have to get there at some point
Re: ShamblingWhat's the name of the main mission quest my main mission still shows as the one for main game
Re: Shambling
"DeMenchev" is the character at St Hilda's you need to talk to to open the Cureall quest. If you haven't gotten to that then you're farther back than to even start looking for the hammer. Or I guess you can still get the hammer first, but you'll be shambling for longer. Am I right, (real) DeMenchev?
Re: Shambling
You need to get the quest from DeMenchev in St. Hilda's. To finish his quest you will need Thor's Hammer. So you had better concentrate on your main mission. : )
Re: ShamblingYes I have his quest and I have found the statue but I don't have a hammer to hit it with
Re: Shambling
You need Thor's Hammer. Old Shaman gave you a guide how to get it. : )
Re: ShamblingI'll let Phredd sell a cure but it will cost quite a lot. : )
Re: Shamblingso is the statue that has to be foumd in the area marked trial and error?? if so how do you get passed the piller to find it???
Re: ShamblingThere's a switch in the northwest of that level that will remove the pillar. Phredd in the Arena of Flames will sell you the cure for the disease Shambling if you're in a hurry.
Re: Shamblingdo you have map with the switch location??
Re: ShamblingHi. I've got the hammer the the cure-all quest. Cannot find the statue. Any assistance is appreciated.
Re: ShamblingWhen you enter Brass Horn's Cave, walk two spaces north and turn east and take a leap of faith--that is you can walk over the holes -- go east over the holes two paces, turn north one pace and then east again. You'll encounter a pillar that can be removed by throwing a throwing weapon at a switch in the northwest. The statue is beyond where that pillar was.
Re: ShamblingThat worked great. Thanks Cat.
