Ghost Light exact location

Where can I find the ghost light in the well of souls?

Go to the far south of the Well of Souls and face north. Turn east. Beyond the second gate counting from the south, go through and there is a blue candle. If that doesn't help, come back.

Still cant find it

It's beyond a gate in the Mideast. Gate opens with a Soul Key. Hit the blue candle if you have the Ghostlight Sword quest.
