In need to buy the shock helm and shock shield

They are no longer in the dungeon and I can’t get into kill the bad guy I have already killed the queen twice how do I get to Phelp to buy what I need?
I already chose surprise so I do not know how to get to the Wizards lair as I did not mark or if I did I marked over it .

I found it in the dungeon go back down and talk to the skeleton I was desperate and when I did that everything came into place
