Mithria city - southwest.
They train Block up to level 40.

OMG! That was my post eight years ago. Brings back a ton of nostalgia.

I'll try to work on it when I can. Not the freest being timewise right now. : )

Can someone update this including all expansions available? Is there someone who can train more than lvl 100 or lvl 100 is the maximum?

From what I gather from the editor, it won’t let you make trainers train higher than 100. So I doubt you’d find one in any expansion.

Level 100 is the maximum for trainers in our expansions. However, sometimes quest rewards or npc's can raise your skill values by a point or two. And books can do that too.
