Wish I had better spelling, but yeah, I have all the feathers, and just need to find the forgotto grotto.

In Spur of Sailors' Skulls in the southwest, a rock is blocking your entrance to a door. There is a switch a little bit above that spot. Let me know if you find it. You need the quest to make Buyan invisible.
