Where is the Redshift University?

I sailed from Mithria to the HoL II location and I went into the underground area all the way to where the portals are. I got Hades Itch and that one other disease and I know that the cure is at the Redshift University. From the teleport room, what is the fastest way to Redshift University? Or is it in another expansion altogether?

Redshift U is south of Tmutarakan.
