Is there any other way than lock picking to open the storeroom at the south side of the dungeon?

Yep, there is a man standing right beside the entrance of this dungeon, up on the surface. (Of course you can meet with him only at daytime.) He'll give you the key if you say yes to his offer.

Thanks for the info :) It's a shame I told him off and ended up paying him later on. Lock picking it is then.
